Guidelines for filling out the application
The application for the winter school is only through the online interface. All compulsory fields need to be filled in to submit the form successfully. Please provide the correct address, phone/Fax numbers, and email ID of one faculty member from your institute/university who can write a reference letter for you. You are encouraged to upload the reference letter as part of the online form submission; however, it is not mandatory. After you've submitted your application, the organizing committee of the winter school will evaluate your candidature. The committee will contact the successful candidates using the email addresses provided in the online form. The results will be announced online by 30 November 2023. If you are among the selected candidates, you will be required to present copies of your educational qualifications and mark sheets when you attend the school.
