Accommodation
Students who are selected for the Conference will be provided free boarding/lodging at the Kodaikanal observatory on a shared basis. Faculty members and post-doctoral fellows who have their own funds can be accommodated in nearby hotels on payment basis. Students who are provided travel assistance will be reimbursed second Non-AC rail/bus fare at the shortest route between their place of residence/study and Kodaikanal.

Travel
The nearest airport to the Kodaikanal Observatory is the Madurai International Airport. The distance between Madurai International airport and the Kodaikanal Observatory is about 120 km and it takes about 3 hours of travel by road. Alternatively, one can travel to Bangalore and then take a bus to Kodaikanal. The Kodaikanal Observatory is about 3 kms from the Kodaikanal bus station.
Local Hospitality
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be arranged on 3rd, 4th and 5th April at the Observatory
- Local pickup and drop from hotels to the venue and back will be arranged on the conference dates
