Conference Registration Fee
The registration fee includes a kit, lunch, coffee, tea, and snacks during breaks.
Early Bird Deadline: November 15th, 2024.
Late registration: November 16 to December 1, 2024

If you have registered accompanying persons and opted for the trip to the Kodaikanal Solar Observatory, please include additional fees while making payments.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Please review our cancellation and refund policy to ensure a fair and straightforward process.
Full Refunds: Cancellations received by December 15, 2024, will be eligible for a full refund, minus a processing/administrative fee of approx. $8 or INR 600.
Partial Refunds: Cancellations between December 15, 2024, and December 30, 2024: A 50% refund of the registration fee will be issued.
Cancellations after December 31, 2024: Refunds will be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as visa issues.
Refund Process
To request a cancellation and receive a refund, please write to kso125@iiap.res.in.
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving your cancellation request using your original payment method.
Modes of Payment
Payment can be made using credit and debit cards through the payment gateway. Indian participants may use the UPI code for a more manageable payment experience. You'll find the code in the attached link. A receipt will be automatically generated after your payment. Please send it to kso125@iiap.res.in for confirmation.
