I will present the current understanding of star formation within filamentary molecular clouds, which gives rise to young stellar clusters. I will explore how the previously distinct processes of low- and high-mass star formation are now being unified into a comprehensive framework, illustrating how stars of all masses form within molecular clouds structured as hub-filament systems. Additionally, I will share new findings that highlight the significant role of magnetic fields in the formation of massive stars within these hubs.
