In this project we study the angular power spectrum of the cosmic microwave background (CMB) temperature fluctuations. Then we compare the theoretically computed angular power spectrum of the CMB with that obtained from observed CMB temperature data from the Planck satellite. We end with a discussion of how the cosmological parameter values are constrained by the observed data.
